From March 16th to 18th, the “Salone dell’Agroalimentare Ligure” will be held in Finalborgo (SV). And we will be there for three days of unmissable coffee lovers events.
It starts on Saturday March 17th at 10.30 with the only Ligurian date of the Espresso Italiano Champion, the baristas competition organized by INEI – the Italian Espresso National Institute. The competition rules are clear: calibrate your equipment and prepare in just 11 minutes four espresso and four perfect cappuccinos, all under the eyes of technical judges and then evaluated by a sensory jury that operates blindly according to the standards of the International Coffee Tasters Institute (IIAC).
The Finale Ligure competition is one of the 15 that will take place in different Italian regions, as well as abroad. The winner will have access to the semi-finals that will be held at Mumac museum in Binasco (MI) at the end of June that will bring the winner to the international final that will be
held in November in Milan.
For information and registration please contact Mr Alessandro Borea at 0182.50452 or by email at a.borea@lagenovese.it. The competition is open to a maximum of 10 competitors, reserved for baristas who live or work in Liguria and for La Genovese customers. Competitors will be admitted by date of registration date.
