Kenya AA Washed

Intense aroma, velvety body, with a marked but pleasant acidity combined with a fruity and citrus vein, are the distinctive characteristics of the Kenya Coffee - "AA" Washed.

Ideal for those who love enveloping aromas, to accompany the after meal.

Cultivated in the Kenyan highlands at 2,000 meters above sea level, this Arabica is subjected to a special wet processing after the harvest. The double "A" of the denomination indicates the size of the beans above average.

Aromatic notes of citrus fruits (orange, grapefruit), pomegranate, apricot.

Etiopia Sidamo

Sidamo is the region of Ethiopia where coffee originated and is characterized by highlands with altitudes from 1500 to 2200 meters. Here the coffees grow more slowly and therefore have more time to absorb nutrients and develop stronger and more decisive aromas.

It is a well-balanced coffee with notes that recall spices and flowers accompanied by a complex and pleasant acidity that allows you to grasp extraordinary aromatic sensations.

Soft on the palate, the bitter is very light and the decidedly elegant aftertaste.

Aromatic notes of jasmine, pomegranate, cinnamon.

Honduras SHG Washed

This coffee releases a fruity aroma and a caramelized taste. Medium acidity. Full and liqueur body with a soft end.

The abbreviation SHG (Strictly High Grown) specifies that the coffee was grown at an altitude of around 1350 meters. The altitude and the low temperatures make the fruit ripen more slowly and this leads to a coffee with a greater complexity of aromas in the cup.

Aromatic notes of caramel, peach, almond.

Brasile Santos Cerrado

This Santos from the eco region of Cerrado west of "Minas Gerais" stands out for its full, velvety body and intense aroma.

It is a coffee with a soft and delicate character, naturally sweet taste, full-bodied and without acidity: the aromatic component is characterized by notes of dried fruit and chocolate. In the aftertaste, delicious grain veins and toasted dried fruit remain.

Aromatic notes of dark chocolate, dried fruit (toasted almonds and walnuts), nutmeg.

Colombia Supremo

Supremo is considered among the best Colombian coffees. Cultivated on the slopes of the Andes, between 1300 and 1700 meters high, in a geographical area that includes the three main national departments dedicated to coffee: Caldas, Risaralda and Quindio.

This coffee brings with it acidity characteristics much appreciated by coffee lovers. Pleasantly sweet, it is a particularly elegant, harmonious and velvety coffee. Equipped with an important structure, it has excellent body and balanced acidity, which gives good freshness in the cup, with a floral aroma and nuances of fruit.

Aromatic notes of lavender, cherry, plum.
